Currency
Turkish lira that is coded as TRY is official currency used in North Cyprus. As of 19 December 2015 the exchange rate of EUR (Euro), USD (US dollar) and GBP (British pound) to TRY, are 2.85, 2.32 and 3.63, respectively. Transportation
The KIBHAS bus service provides transportation between Ercan Airport and Famagusta. A single KIBHAS bus ticket costs 13.50 TRY from Ercan Airport to KIBHAS Bus Terminal in Famagusta, and travel time is 45-50 minutes. Alternatevily, you can take a taxi from Ercan Airport to Famagusta, which costs around 120 TRY. Evolve Park, the official accomodation for MCU'15, is in 10-minutes driving distance from KIBHAS Bus Terminal, Famagusta. A taxi from KIBHAS Bus Terminal to Evolve Park costs around 5-6 TRY.

Electrical sockets (outlets) in North Cyprus supply electricity at between 220 and 240 volts AC, and are the “Type G" British BS-1363 type. If your appliance's plug doesn't match the shape of these sockets (3-pin plug is required), you will need a travel plug adapter in order to plug in. Travel plug adapters simply change the shape of your appliance's plug to 3-pin shape suitable for aforedescribed socket type.
